Home Again, Home Again Jiggity Jig

Don't be fooled by the title. While we are glad to be back in our home sweet home, there is absolutely no jigging going on. Two reasons....First, we were sad to leave Turkey. Though we did want to come back home, we were not excited about leaving Turkey. So many reasons...I could not begin to tell right now...but the main thing is just the harsh reality of desperate need for workers in that country. And second, we are dog tired and jigging would certainly require too much energy right now.
The trip was fantastic. We ended up with 14 rolls of film to be developed. We can certainly see the value of a digital camera at this point. We are looking forward to sharing our stories with you all in the days to come. I will post and email pics as they become available. Looking forward to hearing what each of you have planned for INDEPENDANCE DAY!!!! I am certainly thankful to be an American. I love you all...talk soon.

Hey there dear ones. So glad you made it home safely. Im excited for you at the prospect of returning. we love you.
As for as the 4th. I thought for sure we were gonna be able to come. then Chuck and I sat down and really began to look at the schedule and make the plans. Chuck did not realize that the 4th fell on a tues. Chuck can not possibly swing that. We wanted to make sure we make our trip worth while and trying to come in the middle of the week would really throw him off. Lorena and Landry were crushed. We definately will get something on the calendar that will work for both of us. I think that maybe that will work out for you all to. You both need some recovery time from your trip. You may not be up for entertaing. Anyway... I will call yall.
We are well. kids say hello!

well...cool...my computer at work is for some odd reason allowing me to blog. It could be because our company was bought out a couple of weeks ago by Stock Building Supply. Not sure but they may have a different INET policy. Guess i should be careful about that. Anyway...good to hear from you Caleb. Hope the siding job goes well. Cita, sad you all cant come, but you are correct in your assumption about us needing to get our feet back on the ground over this weekend. Looking forward to you all coming though. Talk later...Back to work.

Hey guys, So glad you are home. Clif, when you called yesterday from the airport you sounded like you were on your lase leg. I know that feeling. It was good to hear your voice all the same. We are looking forward to your pictures.
We don't have any plans for ID. Maybe some gardening and a little cookout and maybe the concert at the park. Sat is our big day. We are having a BBQ here at the church and a Bluegrass band, CRosspoint. Then Ron Kuhns will present the Gospel. We have invited the public. Pray for that.
Better go , Talk to you later. Oh, by the way, Curtis has his cell phone so you can call him. You probably won't get him but you can leave a message and he will get it later. His # is4235440397 I'm sure he would love to hear from any of you. TAke care Love Mom
