Well, as a matter of fact we have had a death in the family and have had diarrhea not to mention filling the waste basket at the same time. I'll try

We were sorry to hear about the loss. I know you guys have been so busy. Please know the rebuke was not intended for you.(as you mentioned you qualified for the way out).
